After living a life of over-indulgence and being stuck inside myself, once I started to make changes for the better and saw how life could be I wanted there faster! However, if you rush through your lessons you may miss finer points, and any time I’ve raced through something I’ve had to go back and redo more carefully.

Take things a step at a time, be patient and really pay attention to what is going on. In over five years I haven’t had a sip of alcohol, but it took a couple stumbles to get there. The important thing is that you WILL get there.
