I’m a non-fiction junkie when it comes to any television I watch, but I make an exception for the Best Worst Soap Opera on TV, Prison Break. So much pathos, people coming back from the dead, back-stabbing, robot hand replacements, brothers strong bond- this is modern Shakespeare! As campy as the show is though, I find Scofield’s character saying some pretty wise stuff. Those leaps of faith can be so daunting, but it’s the only way to escape the situation you are in when striving for more.
